Oh the games people play!

"There is no telling to what extremes of cruelty and ruthlessness a man will go when he is freed from the fears, hesitations, doubts and the vague stirrings of decency that go with individual judgment. When we lose our individual independence in the corporateness of a mass movement, we find a new freedom- freedom to hate, bully, lie, torture, murder and betray without shame and remorse. Herein undoubtedly lies part of the attractiveness of a mass movement." ~Eric Hoffer

"Which is precisely what probably scares the shit out of the Bush regime, i.e., once Americans realize it was Bush policies that were not to their benefit, but to their extreme detriment, that Paraguay, or any place on Earth, will not provide enough distance for their safety from the angry swarming ruck seeking revenge." ~Dada

It's difficult for president Bush to go anywhere outside the U.S. without exposing himself wherever he speaks publicly, to lay himself bare for all to see (save for many Americans) his self-righteous sanctimony.

But while in route to Beijing, Bush managed to scold China for its violations of human rights and detention of political activists and dissidents; demand of Pyongyang, North Korea, it disable its weapons; tell the Russians to halt its air attacks on, withdraw its forces from, and respect the sovereign rights of the nation of Georgia.

But after doping the world with a good dose of hypocrisy, Bush was finally able to 'press the flesh' once in Beijing among his own people, i.e., the American athletes, as he is seen doing here with the U.S. Olympic women's beach volleyball team, Misty May-Treanor, left, and Kerri Walsh !

Is there a photo from the rear so we can verify exactly what flesh the dumbkopf was pressing?

Mrs. Dada shares your curiosity, but I'm pretty sure either one of these two Olympians could take him down with ease, especially Kerri Walsh!

hmmmm ... I was just stopping back to tell you (and now Mrs D!) that Enigma has answered our questions by posting a rear-shot photo. You'll have to scroll down through a few watergatesummer posts to see it, but you can't miss it. Now my question is whether he made actual contact or just hung his ape arm out there suspended in the white crane bird-taking-flight position? (yeah, like he ever took chinese kick boxing classes & learned the katas) ... ps, I think EITHER of those volleyballers could've sterilized him (the kung-fu move is called "take something with you").

OMG! thanks d.k. for the answer to this riddle.

"C'mon Bush, you chicken shit! Put your hand down!"

I suspect after 7 and 1/2 years he's realizing his policies actually do TOUCH real people and in relaxing his arm, his hand would verify this. THE BASTARD!

Which brings to mind an old, old song that goes, "He's got the whole world, in his hands!"

(Did I really just say that?)

d.k., ah, I was speaking metaphorically, butt of course!

yeah, the slimy groper couldn't even pull off a proper grope. He who has groped for, and succeeded in stealing, more power than any previous prez could not make contact! What a complete f*ckup.

Perhaps he was reaching for a war expansion metaphor ... as in, ahem, he is reaching for an entrance into iran with all his missile-like digits, butt those wiley twin mounds of economic depression and repub incompetence keep turning the other cheek, thus staying forever beyond his oily grasp. or something like that. we hope.

ps, it looks like you added a photo at the bottom of this post, but my computer has decided I can't look at it. I was wondering if you had added the rear shot?

Golly gee, give the poor doofus a break, he groped Angela Merkle alright, didn't he?

Good point, B.E. And she must have enjoyed it (or at least wasn't too offended by it); she still talks to the guy.

I'm really confused by the many photos I've seen of Bush with the beach volleyballers (and other athletes). I wouldn't let that guy within ten leagues of me.

(Oh, BTW, B.E., Wendy addressed your comment to hope to meet her one day -- I forgot the title of that blog it's under--the one of the art show.)

D.K. I didn't add a photo, but found a bunch of 'em online. I started to, but didn't want to get involved reworking the text with the pics. One was choice, with Misty May, bent over, her back to Bush, telling him to go ahead and slap her on the butt (that's what players do when their partner makes a good play.)

enigma: Yes, before posting this, I went by your blog and studied (and studied some more! - J/K) that photo (per d.k.'s recommendation above).

thanks for the blog roll mention over at Watergate Summer's.

Yes, notice how d.k. started off the pun run but did you see how fast she took it to the edge of the abyss? I didn't think it safe I comment any further. (grin)
