I believe in tap dance, they call that a "shuffle". Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey, hi horsedooty...hope you and yours had a nice Thanksgiving. Oh, and no, that should read "Foolish ME" (moi), for thinking I could quit.

eProf: Ditto: Let's come just come home. I wonder how much $$$ we could save by closing down our military bases around the world that are defending places like Rome against a resurgent Carthage with possible reinvasion ambitions?

After all, the longer we're obsessed by the "over there," the greater the threat posed by the folks "over here."

PT: So, am I to gather from your clarification of what's going on between Karzai and Obama that dancing lessons are a prerequisite to high office(s)?

Re: dancing ... remember Rahm Emmanuel is trained in classical ballet. And remember the ban on performance of ballet in an opera was what got Mozart in such trouble with the Emperor of Austria. Turned out all he had to do was call the ballet moves something other than ballet & the Emperer was satisfied. So I say, "timelines" are whatever you say they are. Besides, after 6-yrs in Afghanistan, maybe we no longer qualify as "foreign powers". Maybe we are now undocumented residents.
