This is a test of the emergency blogger broadcast system.
If this had been a real emergency, you would have been
instructed to tune to a Fox Network affiliate in your area
for further instructions where to go to protect yourself
from Iraqi speedboat violations of your space in the
Strait of Hormuz.

OK, non-graphical stuff seems to work. Now for the real test--pictures!
take car to wear your crash hat
hey, where's some new hampshire wisdom
Good to see you're online testing a new system. I missed your posts.
Every time one of these computer systems fails me or those of my friends I immediately think of the computer systems here and around the world set to our nuclear arsenals. Oh, I shudder to think about it too long!!
Pictures! We wants pictures! Arghhh! Them boaties must be pirates in that perrshan gulf who be "coming at ye". Whar' be their Davey Jones flag, their luvely black skull'n'bones? (ulp, nevermind, I just scared myself thinking who might REALLY be flying an S&B)
Cartledge: Yes, I'm thinking all Americans and especially non-Americans (in Iran) should take care to wear their crash hats. (I'm just suspicious these Iranian provocations may have been something dreamed up by the Bushies over their Xmas break.)
Weezielou: I must confess, I have no new hampshire political wisdom. Confidentially, between Xmas and NY's, I had a poliectomy that (if it takes) will leave me totally apolitical. It was a relatively quick, simple and painless out patience "Snip - snip!" procedure. We shall learn in the next couple of weeks whether or not it took.
I'm a tad nervous in that this morning while looking at the dem. NH results, it occurred to me that the black box voting machines used in NH may have seen fit to toss a few of Obama's votes over to Hillary (as indication how much more fearful the right may be of Obama then her). I'm hoping this is just some lingering pre-op conspiracy suspicions that have not yet faded. (But I'm not sure thoughts of conspiracies are eradicated by poliectomies.)
But as far as outcomes in NH, I'm pleased to report I really didn't care who won. A sign my minor surgery was successful??!!
eprof: Oh hell, as if computer voting wasn't scary enough, you've by far trumped that one with accidental nuclear war! (At least vote thefts are intentional.)
And listen, I'm really plagued by the new blogging. Blogger is acting totally different from the Mac. (I can't even format paragraphs, let alone cut and paste text into it...I did succeed posting an image but couldn't finish the blog! Sigh.
glad you you are here , not pirated or having to watch FOX....I bet they make them watch FOX at Gitmo....sigh....
I hope everything is working okay for you....or better...
oh, hell it is just plain good to see you , was afraid that you went and found a nice new tent..
thanks enigma, I guess tent shopping is always on my "TO DO" list, but I've pushed in back in priorities. However, I'm still having trouble posting to blogger from the Mac...its problem, blogger's or mine? (Don't answer, I suspect I know who the idiot is here.)
your post and especially the comments - too funny...smile
Of Watergate Summer here...
I think that it is a Earthlink /google problem Dada..I too have been wrestling with the same thing all week...
So here is my new email and new avatar ( I look like a leprahcaun..oh well...)
