According to a Truth Out article, film maker Michael Moore revealed Thursday night that as a result of his trip to Cuba in making the film "Sicko", he has been served with a subpoena by the Bush administration.
Dada's advice to Moore: "Don't sweat it. As the Bush administration has taught us, you can just ignore those damned things. However, should you decide to abide by the law, honor the subpoena and appear, remember -- you sure as hell don't need to take an oath to tell the truth."

The Bush Admin should count their lucky stars that Moore did not do a documentary film about the Gitmo prison. As my recent blog reveals an article about the hunger strike there & nasal tube force feedings. Prisoners were vomiting the force feeding contents, post force feeding, so now they are strapped down for forced feedings held there enough time for the liquid nutrition to stay put. I could imagin them cracking down on the 9-11 worker who got a suitcase full of asthma inhalers.
I find it amazing that the Bush admin even has time for something like this what with all the indictments, subpeonas & the Attorney General's
job on the line.
Ain;t no one else in D.C willing to step forward & support Gonzales except Bush. Kind of a kiss of death if you will. I am hoping Gonzales steps down this week. This should not & will not blow over.
Having a deceptive, law breaking, lying Attorney General is just over the top- even for this administration.
As for Moore, this scenario will only serve as more & free publicity. Going after a documentary filmmaker is the least of this Country's worries.
I can say He doesn't remember...
