These BS air quality clean-up goals remind me: WHAT is the deal with pushing timelines beyond Gnumby's tenure? Just like his latest budget showing balancing numbers in 2012 (which assumes his tax cuts will expire in 2010 & gutting medicare & something good will happen in iraq/iran). I'm beginning to think he thinks HE will still be in charge in 2012. The horror. ~~ D.K.
