"Give me an 'A'!"

Ah, baseball season is here. Dada muses, "Isn't it great fans of American baseball
can be spotted as far away as London?" Note the above symbol being included on
the eve of the G-20 summit in demonstrator's signs showing their displeasure with
banks while subtly declaring their allegiance to their favorite team, the Oakland A's!

(Dada note: Thanks to D.K. Raed for bringing to Dada's attention the mental
health collapse of NBC News' Chief Foreign Correspondent, Richard Engel,
who
apparently went insane from his inability to find the leader of these London Anarchists.)

OMG, LOL! You certainly had a different take on the "A" "O". I had just about decided it was the symbol for asshole (an "O" could be symbolic of a hole was the best I could come up with).

But I think I like your interpretation better. Those crazy limeys must be HUGE fans of american baseball!

oh, last I heard, late this afternoon, Engel was still looking for the Leader of the Anarchists! He was forced to conjecture what some of things he saw today might mean (like the burning effigies of the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, renamed War, Climate Change, Financial Greed and ... he wasn't sure of the 4th one, he thought it might be Homelessness, but without the Anarchic Leader to provide context, he may have misunderstood). He ended up calling them Hamstead Anarchists (which is apparently an upscale area of London, so may be akin to calling a tough rodeo rider a Starbuck Wrangler). If it was his aim to shame the Leader into an interview, it hasn't happened yet!

ps, you don't think the encircled "A" could be the symbol forthe Anarchist movement, do you? naaahhhh .... but unless we find their Leader, how will we know for sure?

You two are pretty cool.

It just looks like gang graffiti to me.
