"Rich People: Shut Up Now"

Xandtrek, sometimes commenter here at Dada's, has an excellent post today over on Grass Roots Press entitled "Rich People: Shut Up Now".

The only regret I have about it is the venue in which she presented it. Because it's on the Grass Roots Press website, Xandtrek maintained the decorum such an alternative press publication should, I suppose. Hence, "Rich People: Shut Up Now" is it's title, instead of "Rich People: Shut The Fuck Up Now". The civility continues throughout the piece. But then, I'm not one to put words in people's mouths, am I?

I'm saving the profanity for "Republicans Need To Shut Up Now." Thanks for posting my first blog -- I'll try not to make it a habit.

Hoo-boy, I visited Grassroots last night, too, and left a little supportive message there. That was a good one, huh? WTG, xandtrek!

Thanks for the great comments. Be careful, I might be tempted to write more.

Man, it must be so fuckin cool to be able to tell people to fuck off all the time on a real blog instead of something pretending to be an electronic newspaper with a (theoretically) wider cross-section of readers, one of whom might turn out to be a client of the proprietor's media consulting sideline, or an advertiser in the print version. The proprietor thinks it's time for a fuckin pseudonym, don't you?

xandtrek: Thanks for the great opinion piece over on GRP. Despite the suppression of your 1st Amendment right to Free Speech, it was an excellent piece. We'll look forward to your next one also, i.e., the second one on Republicans as listed in your 2nd (amending) comment above.

Fran: Gee, wish we were closer. I would love to attend a Socialist dinner sometimes. (What's the menu? Stale bread and beans? J/K, of course. Was there wine? I think there should be wine, it facillitates talk of 'revolutionary' ideals.)

Deke: Are you sure that's Swedish? My translator keeps balking at the "fan nu" part. I'm pretty sure it's working correctly, tho, because I did a test translation of the word "Saab."

Border Explorer: Pursuant to the comment just below yours, maybe we should heed Xandtrek's advice and lighten up on the praise a bit, huh? (Sounds like she's taking encouragement from all of these complimentary compliments.)

Finally to ANONYMOUS: Thanks for dropping by. While I deeply appreciate your concerns, I confess, it was nice to see you escape the chains of your free speech suppression if but for a brief moment there in your comment.

Having said that, let me extend my "Welcome to bloggerland, brother!" Feel (totally) *free* to let your expletives fly here friend!
