You found it, Dada -- the perfect Vonnegut tribute! If I was certain he was merely unstuck in time (like Billy Pilgrim), I'd like to prop his casket up to debate bush, cheney or whoever is frothing their BS at the next press gathering. I forget which Vonnegut book it was, but one of his postulated that a dead person is simply "not doing so well at this moment".
