PROUD MOM
Proud parents, Georgie and Dick Cheney, showed off their new baby recently. She was born prematurely and weighed only a pound of flesh. Mrs. Cheney is shown here hoisting their child out of its incubator to which it has been confined the first 40 months of its life.
Doctors performed a C-section on the premature baby in March 2003 when Georgie began complaining of the breathing difficulty due to her swelling abdomen beneath the ever tightening body armor she is required to wear. (The Cheneys were unable to procure a larger suit of armor for Mrs. Cheney. Apparently body armor is in short supply everywhere.)
Medical bills accrued to date are estimated to exceed two trillion dollars. Fortunately for the Cheneys, they have good insurance (being underwritten by US taxpayers).
In this previously unreleased photo, taken on the occasion of the baby's first time out of its incubator, she appears colicky. Named "Iraq", the Cheneys are optimistic Iraq will soon be able to enjoy greater independence by leaving its incubator for its brand new crib Dick and Georgie have named "The Cradle of Civilization."
Many professionals, however, remain less encouraged at the baby's chances for survival. Failing to face reality, some doctor's have been heard to remark behind the Cheney's backs, "They are living a delusion." However, to date, no one has had the courage to tell them the truth.

someone should put the "Baby" back....
it ain't "cooked" all the way....
ah hahaha, loved your take on this, dada! and of course, a "C-Section" delivery is the only way our own little caesar could manage this feat ... perfect!
But really, I have no problem with the baby in the picture. He's merely responding correctly to being held by a pychotic homocidal cretin (though I do question his mother's mental capacity for thrusting her precious bundle of joy out toward such a diseased mind). It's the look of holy-hell-disgust on GWB's face that amazes me. Like he's thinking eeuuwwhh, don't be makin' me touch these lower forms of life that weren't born with silver spoons in their squawling mouths. Quick, remove him from my royal hands, get me outta this crowd of commoners & let me resume my important work of destroying the world. D.K.
